Spring September 2013

Hi Visitors,
Just touching base with some exciting news!!!
Well firstly I have now completed my Certificate IV in Kinesiology. So here in Perth Im enjoying three lovely long weeks of spring break.
Ill be taking some to time to enjoy outdoor walks along the coast, pottering in the garden and stepping back to spend time with family and friends. And last but not least, I'll also have more hours to fit in my gorgeous clients.. Life has been a little on the busy side, you could say.

What im up to

Im currently studing a 3 year Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology, and absolutly loving it. The human body is amazing.
What is Kinesiolgy,
Kinesiolgy uses muscle monitoring to access all the physical, emotional and mental system of the body. Every muscle in the body is connected to our central nervous system (brain). When our brain registers stress this interfers with the neurological circuit and causes a muscle reponse. It is from this muscle response that the practitioner can identify all the stresses involved in the clients issue whether it be physical, emotional, mental, nutritional or a combination of these.
